This has been a nightmare. Nearly a year has passed since I settled my loan completely. I made the payment over the phone to ensure I could speak to someone directly and confirmed multiple times that my loan was fully paid off (to avoid any unexpected late charges). The representative guaranteed me it was all set. Yet, after a few months, they began attempting to withdraw funds from my account. And guess what? They’re still at it! I've reached out to customer service via email and phone numerous times, but no luck at all! I'm definitely reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau!

This company is misleading when it comes to their credit terms. For instance, I was quoted a monthly payment of $118 for a $4,000 credit line. Now, they want to hit me with a $400 charge every two weeks!!!! Seriously, watch out, this company is a scam. The interest rate they're attempting to impose isn't even allowed in my state.

Advance Financial really came through for me when I needed help. Their customer support was top-notch. Overall, my experience was great. I'd recommend them to anyone; they were super honest and really got what I needed.

They assist me and respond to my inquiries

The dude who assisted me in securing my credit line was super chill. He took the time to answer my queries, and whenever I asked him to break things down or repeat something, he did so with a lot of respect. Plus, he was really relatable and spoke honestly with me. I didn’t catch his last name, but he goes by Justin and is based at the AF in Hendersonville. "Two thumbs way up!" -Hades (from Disney's Hercules) haha.

I had a pretty good time shopping. There were some annoying computer hiccups, but all in all, it was a solid experience.
